Google Cloud launches Gemini Enterprise editions for legal and financial services
Both releases are its first packaged industry versions, both in preview, with no pricing disclosed
The key upgrade here versus vanilla model use is AI-centric 'plumbing': domain skills, data connectors, and a permissions model that inherits firms' existing ethical walls and access controls
Cloud has launched two industry-specific versions of its Gemini Enterprise platform - one for law firms and corporate legal departments and one for capital markets and corporate banking.
The company has not revealed pricing for either product, both of which currently remain in preview and mark the first packaged industry editions of Gemini Enterprise, which Google launched in October 2025 to target business customers.
